My name is Kelly, and I am a trauma-informed positive psychology life coach. My journey to this role has been shaped by my own experiences with anxiety, depression, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD) after enduring many years of repetitive trauma.

Navigating through these challenges was incredibly difficult at times, but it has given me a profound understanding of the human spirit’s resilience and the power of healing. Because of everything I’ve been through, I discovered the transformative potential of positive psychology. It became my mission to use this knowledge to help others overcome their own struggles and find a path to a more fulfilling life.

As a life coach, I bring a breadth of expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Addiction Psychology, and Polyvagal Theory—approaches that support both the mind and body in the healing process. Specialising in narcissistic abuse recovery, I guide survivors through the emotional, psychological, and physiological effects of trauma with evidence-based techniques that foster self-trust, emotional regulation, and personal empowerment.

I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build a positive mindset. Healing from trauma isn’t about simply moving on—it’s about reclaiming your life with self-awareness and confidence. My work is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping individuals shift from survival to a place of fulfilment, clarity, and hope.

Having walked a similar path, I understand the importance of trust and connection in the healing process. I know firsthand how isolating trauma can feel, and I believe that no one should have to navigate recovery alone. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their inner strength, establish healthy boundaries, and cultivate resilience that lasts.
